CAPITANÍA

Capitanía is the headquarters building of Marina Vela. In addition to our offices, there is a room for formal meetings of up to 10 people, as well as a versatile lounge with beautiful views of the port for meetings, presentations and small events of up to 60 people.

THE OUTDOORS

Wide outdoor space is characteristic of Marina Vela: ample promenades, terraces, squares… The most popular outdoor place in Marina Vela is Plaza de la Capitanía of 1,000 m2. It can be used for all kinds of possible outdoor events: car exhibitions, markets, corporate presentations, filmings, etc.

THE FUEL STATION

A 120 sqm room with a terrace and spectacular views of the open sea. A versatile space for different types of events.

THE STOREROOMS

In Marina Vela you will find a wide range of spaces between 30 and 80 sqm on the ground floor, ideal for organizing small events, such as workshops, pop-ups, etc.

THE GARAGE

A different kind of space: a 2,000 sqm covered car park which stone facade opens onto the marina. It can be rented in sections of 300 sqm.
