Marina Vela’s facilities were the venue chosen by the automotive brand to present its latest project to the media and continue building a universe of experiences around motoring.
The CUPRA DE ANTONIO D28 Formentor is the result of joint work with the De Antonio Yachts shipyard to create a high-performance vessel inspired by the first model designed and developed specifically by the brand: the CUPRA Formentor.
This showboat is a unique design exercise that lays the groundwork for the launch of a limited special edition of the D28 featuring CUPRA’s iconic colours and finishes.
The result of the first collaboration between CUPRA and the Barcelona-based shipyard is a 400 hp showboat capable of reaching a top speed of 40 knots. The exterior design stands out for its clean lines and dynamic character, the Petrol Blue Matt colour, and copper-coloured finishes, which add elegance and sportiness.
The CUPRA De Antonio D28 Formentor was showcased at Marina Vela Barcelona alongside the CUPRA Formentor VZ5, a limited special edition of the high-performance crossover SUV with 390 hp and a five-cylinder engine.
