One of the distractions of confinement has been shopping online, what is called “virtually leaving stores” and delving into technological innovations. Boredom and confinement have increased visits to the many stores that have displayed their products in e-commerce. And logically, after so much “wandering” around, you end up buying something.

One of the sectors that has increased sales the most has been the technology sector, and specifically gadgets. What seemed like it was going to be a disaster for many sectors, has become a success for those who have known how to search for a business opportunity on the Internet.

In the technological sector, novelties and new toys have not stopped appearing, to keep the user hooked who seeks to have the latest, the most original, or something that we have seen that the neighbor already has.

We are going to see ten technological innovations that have caught my attention, and that I think could be good toys to take on board. Some of them are renewed versions of toys mentioned in previous deliveries, and which, due to their success, continue to be in the “top 10” of novelties to recommend.

TECHNOLOGICAL NEWS

Cat 62 PRO Smartphone

The Cat S62 PRO is the renewed version of the CAT S61 of which we already dedicated a delivery. And we will also dedicate a complete chapter to this new model, but for now we include it in this selection because it is really the best mobile phone that we can take on board.

It is a waterproof and dustproof device, resistant to drops from 1,8 meters, vibration, sand, salt fog and resistant to pressure.

The new FLIR HD camera captures thermal images and can work in temperature ranges between -20ºC and 400ºC with a horizontal field of view of 57 degrees.

The CAT S62 Pro software, MyFLIR Pro, is capable of superimposing the thermal image on the real image thanks to the combination of captures between the FLIR and Sony's main 12 megapixel camera, being able to offer a more precise view of which areas are found at higher temperatures.

The screen, reinforced with Corning Gorilla Glass 6, can be used with wet fingers and also with gloves.

The Cat S62 Pro offers several enhancements that provide more thermal detail to help locate and diagnose moisture, leak, hotspot, electrical short, blockage or elevated temperature.
